You have 30 days from the date you receive your machine to return it for a full refund of the product price.
Guarantee Details
DB Method offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on The Machine. You have 30 days from when you receive your machine to return it. Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are subject to the terms of our limited warranty and are not covered by this guarantee.
Shipping
Because of the size and weight of the machine, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive or return your machine. We do not issue a shipping label and return shipping fees will depend on your chosen carrier.
Return Conditions
Please note that only returns processed through our system with an authorized return number will be accepted. All returns must be in their original shipping box and condition. If your machine is returned in damaged condition, not in its original box, or with missing parts, an additional restocking fee of 25% will apply.
Refunds are only processed once The Machine is received at our warehouse.
