    Back problems

    Now, I have only used this machine 3 out of 7 days and I have received some back relief, so this is promising. Strengthening my core is very important at 50yrs old and I believe the DB Method will help me achieve this goal!

    I've had this machine for over 5 years. I love it!

    I bought this machine in July 2020, and it is my go-to squat machine. It's great for when I need to protect my back or have taken breaks with exercising, it always helps me bounce back fast. I take it with me on road trips when I travel, too. I highly recommend it.

    Great Machine For The Money

    I have had this machine for over a month. I can really tell that there is a difference when I use it. It is in my home gym four days that I can’t actually drive to my regular gym and it has been nice to have.
