If you’re like me, the rear is my problem area. So when I saw this machine I knew it needed to be in my home workout rotation. It was not hard to assemble, very sturdy and easy to use. They give you posture tips to help protect your knees and wake up the glutes. I use it everyday, working up to the 10 minute mark. Can definitely feel the glutes working out. Glad I bought it.
