    A great enhancement!

    I absolutely love my new dreambelt purchase. The challenge it adds to my workout is noticeable, without question. Even though I’m an experienced DB Method user, what a difference it makes. The first time I used it, my upper legs felt a little wobbly afterwards— which is a good sign that it’s effective. And what a nice addition it is to other types of exercises I do at home such as sitting chair squats. I highly recommend !!!
